New to Workday?
To learn the core concepts and terminology of Workday@UChicago, watch these videos, recorded during Workday information sessions introducing the system to HR teams in the summer of 2014. Additional training courses and resources tailored to specific user roles are also available.
Workday Confidentiality Agreement
Please complete the Workday Confidentiality Agreement as needed per role assignment requests.
Changes to Role Assignments
To remove and/or add security access for existing and new users who will perform assigned roles in Workday, please complete the Workday Security Request Form.
Changes to Supervisory Organizations
To make changes to your supervisory organization structure in Workday, i.e. remove existing and/or add new organizations, please submit a request via Ask an HR Question on the Shared Services portal or call 773-702-5800.

Reporting in Workday
Many custom exception and audit reports have also been developed. Any report can be scheduled to run at various time intervals by Workday users.
